By accessing or using BizNext services provided by 3S Logics Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

BizNext is an integrated business management platform (iBMP) that includes ERP, cloud services, analytics, and automation tools designed for enterprise use. The platform enables businesses to manage their operations, finances, human resources, supply chain, and more through a unified interface.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Report any security vulnerabilities promptly
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

Certain features of BizNext require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

All content, features, and functionality of BizNext are owned by 3S Logics Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without express written permission.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the BizNext platform. We do not claim ownership over your business data. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3S Logics Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3S Logics Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
